Bizam Services

Bizam Consumer Services™ (“Bizam,” ”we,” “us,” or “our”) automatically enrolls its members (”you,” “customers,” “suppliers,” or “users”) in the Bizam Rewards for Points™ Program (“program” or “Rewards Program”) upon completion of personal contact and profile information forms. All Bizam Consumer Services members accept and agree to the following Rewards Program terms and conditions.

The Bizam Rewards for Points Program allows Bizam Consumer Services members to accumulate points through various activities (please see section below titled “How Points are Accumulated” for details). Accumulated points are redeemable online for merchandise and services provided through the Bizam Rewards for Points Redemption Center.

Individuals with active Bizam Consumer Services membership accounts are eligible to participate in the Bizam Rewards for Points Program. Continued program eligibility requires the member’s account and activities be in complete compliance with our Terms of Service Agreement.

Individuals may not have more than one Bizam Consumer Services membership account. Eligibility for the program is contingent on members providing and maintaining true, current, and complete information as requested through the registration process, profile setup, and various forms that are used for submitting, verifying, and qualifying for rewards points.

If Bizam Consumer Services has reasonable grounds to suspect that a member has supplied misinformation or failed to update information in a timely manner, Bizam Consumer Services may, at our discretion, cancel eligibility to participate in the program. If eligibility is canceled, denied, or otherwise terminated, all accumulated points will be forfeited. If a Bizam Consumer Services membership account becomes inactive or is terminated by either the member or by Bizam Consumer Services, for any reason, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

We offer Bizam Rewards for Points at our discretion, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program, temporarily or permanently, including the point levels, in part or in their entirety, for any reason. Changes will be made at our sole discretion, with or without notification to users. Among other things, Bizam Consumer Services may withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any redeemable merchandise; increase the points required for any unspecified reward; and/or modify or regulate the transferability of merchandise or other benefits. All persons who have registered with us agree and understand that Bizam Consumer Services will not be liable to either members or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Bizam Rewards for Points Program.

We reserve the right to change our Bizam Rewards for Points Program Terms and Conditions as we update and expand our services. With the exception of extraordinary circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify our members at least 30 days in advance of our intent to implement any changes to our program. We will post the revised terms and conditions on our web site and include the date it was last updated. Members who don’t agree to the updated changes may discontinue their membership under our standard membership deactivation terms as outlined in the Bizam Consumer Services Terms of Service Agreement.

Below is a list of activities through which members may acquire points and the associated point values for each activity. There are no limits on the total number of points a member may accumulate, but we reserve the right to place restrictions on accumulation of points through certain activities.

Accumulation of points is contingent on successful completion of these activities, which may include, but are not limited to: completing membership sign up, personal profile data, surveys, referring other users, and rating suppliers after making purchases from them or utilizing their services.

Points can be accrued only for activities that have been completed by an individual member, and can only be applied to a single account. We will use reasonable efforts to allocate earned points to a member’s account correctly, in a timely manner, and we will provide tools to help members track the points they accrue. However, each member is responsible for ensuring that credits are received for earned points.

If you believe that you have earned points, but were not properly credited, it is your responsibility to let us know through the feedback, suggestion, and request form. However, we reserve the right to make a final decision regarding point balance disputes.

Points are redeemable online for merchandise and services through the Bizam Rewards for Points Redemption Center. Individuals must be active paying members to redeem points for merchandise or services. Members who are receiving free memberships either from promotional offers or other specials do not qualify to redeem points for merchandise or services until they sign up for paid memberships.

Qualifying members can redeem up to 1,500 earned points for each month of continuous, paid, active membership up to a maximum of 36,000 points per calendar year. Members who accumulate points in excess of the maximum redeemable amount will be eligible for member recognition programs, which may include additional member benefits, such as but not limited to: invitation to Bizam Presidents Club, and/or getting listed as a Bizam Super Star. Merchandise and services rewards are not transferable, and are deliverable only to the address as stated in a member’s account.

Under no circumstance may a member transfer points to any other person, whether the other person is a member or not. Any attempt to transfer points to another person may result in complete forfeiture of all accrued points. When a membership is terminated, for any reason whatsoever, all points are forfeited. Points have no cash or monetary value.

Points are redeemable for merchandise and services that are made available online in the Points Redemption Center. The value of merchandise or services redeemed from points cannot exceed the amount of points accrued to date and must comply with the terms outlined under the section in this document titled “How Points are Redeemed for Merchandise and Services.” A selection of a lesser value is permitted, however, and any unused points will remain available for later use by the member.

Although we make every effort to make the highest quality merchandise and services available, Bizam Consumer Services expressly does not provide guarantees or warrantees, either written or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, usability, fitness, or quality of the merchandise or services made available through the Points Redemption Center. Each manufacturer or supplier may offer their own warrantees and guarantees. If they do, they do so independently from Bizam Consumer Services and Bizam Consumer Services offers no support in resolving disputes between members and the suppliers of merchandise or services.

We recommend our members research each product or service prior to selecting it from the Points Redemption Center. For example, some products may be covered under specific manufacturer warrantees, in which case a malfunctioning product may be returned to the manufacturer for reparation or replacement; some merchandise and services have limited availability; all items and services are subject to availability and other terms and conditions. In the event that a product or service is no longer available, we will make a reasonable effort to provide a similar product or service of equal function and value.

Bizam Consumer Services shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Bizam Rewards for Points Program Terms and Conditions. Any decision made by Bizam Consumer Services shall be final and binding. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of merchandise may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as the termination of eligibility for Bizam Rewards for Points.

Members may not use an automated process to submit or complete point generating activities and may not submit or complete multiple entries. Bizam Consumer Services may void all entries from members who use such processes. Membership accounts will be terminated if members attempt to manipulate, interfere, or tamper with the entry process.

The Rewards Program is a service provided to individual users, not a group of multiple users or to a company. It is considered fraudulent and abusive for any individual or company to direct, encourage, or allow individuals to use a Rewards Program account for the purpose of accumulating points for multiple users, companies, or other groups consisting of two or more persons.

Bizam Consumer Services intends to report any unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities. Each member is solely responsible for any fraudulent use of points due to the theft or sharing of passwords.

All materials, information, software, products, and services included or available through the Rewards Program or any other area of our site are provided on a limited availability and "as is" basis. The content is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bizam Consumer Services does not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; or guarantee that this site will be available at any particular time or location; or ensure that any defects or errors will be corrected; or bear responsibility for the content being free of viruses or other harmful components. Users visit this site solely at their own risk. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply.

Under no circumstances shall Bizam Consumer Services be liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (even if that party has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from the use of or inability to use the Rewards Program or any other provision of the site.

Users accept all responsibility for, and hereby indemnify and hold harmless Bizam Consumer Services from and against any actions taken by any user authorized to use any member’s account, including but not limited to accrual of points, redemption of points, and disclosure of passwords to third parties.

By utilizing the Bizam Rewards for Points Program all users release Bizam Consumer Services, their providers, and all their affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability regarding the redemption of points, use of merchandise, and any other activity arising from participation in the Bizam Rewards for Points Program.

These Bizam Rewards for Points Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Users and members expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, their participation in the Bizam Rewards for Points Program, or use of this site, shall be the state or federal courts located in the state of California, and all users and members further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
